2003-2004 5.9 Cummins Longblock (for use in Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500)

• Cylinder head is cleaned, magnafluxed, surfaced, new soft plugs installed, valve job completed, spring test completed, vacuum tested, and new valve stem seals installed.
• Block is cleaned bored and finish honed to size.
• New cam bearing(s) installed.
• Oil galleries cleaned and new plugs installed.
• Crankshaft is turned if needed and micro polished.
• Camshaft and tappets re-machined.
• Rods are re-machined and checked for out of round as well as straightness.
• New rod bolts installed.
• New main cap bolts installed.
• New head bolts installed (unless head stud option is checked)
• New pistons, rings, bearings, and complete gasket/seal kit.
  

* Please allow 2-4 weeks for the new engine to be built.

* Core charge is up to $2400. This is split into 3 parts at $800 each for the block, head, and crankshaft. Wizard Worx Diesel LLC has sole discretion over what is and is not considered to be a usable core.
