2019 - 2024 6.7 Cummins Flat Tappet Longblock
Wizard Worx Diesel MPN:181967WWD
This is our fix for the 2019-2024 6.7 Cummins engines that have proven to be subpar, to say the least.
In 2019 the CGI block came out to replace the tried-and-true cast iron block and promised to be a lighter and stronger improvement. It was lighter all right - Cummins took out over 60 pounds of weight in all of the wrong places, leading to a slew of problems the Cummins enthusiasts have never had to deal with before. To top it off, hydraulic roller lifters were also added and have proven to be the main problem with these engines.
What we have done to get customers out of this fiasco is basically get rid of all of that junk and provide you with what should have been between the frame rails from the factory.
A tried-and-true cast iron 6.7 Cummins block with new flat tappet lifters and the cam to match, new adjustable rocker arms, new103# valve springs, new HD pushrods, new head studs, new main studs, new HD rod bolts, new cylinder head (that the valve seats wont fall out of), new Clevitte bearings, new Mahle pistons/rings, and a complete Mahle gasket/seal set so you can swap everything over. These engines also come with a new Cummins oil pump, oil cooler, and an HD flexplate making for a combo that will give you years of trouble-free service.
